- How are fragrances crafted
- Covering the three basic layers of fragrance crafting
- What top, middle and base notes are and how to use them to craft a fragrance
- The evaporation triangle
- The Jean-Carles method of fragrance crafting (traditional)
- Practical Activity to make your own 30ml parfum (e-certificate will be sent to you)
Course II
Course 2: Building a Fragrance with Modern Methods
Info: Syllabus:
- Different ways to describe and classify a fragrance
- The alternative to the Jean-Carles method in fragrance crafting
- Learn how to use the Dress-up method to craft a fragrance more effectively
- The modern approach to fragrance selection based on storytelling
- Practice on how to develop stories around fragrance in order to help with selection
- Learn how to build on the soul, modifiers, blenders and fixatives and Z-solvents to build your fragrance
- Practical Activity to make your own 4oz candle(e-certificate will be sent to you)
