AUDITION & PERFORMANCE INFORMATION:

Thursday, Oct. 2nd, 2025 - 7:30pm
Levels 3 & higher
This Salsa student performance team will consist of multiple leads and follows. Learning a routine, you will be challenged with Salsa combos, technique, musicality, shines, body isolations/movements, dips and more. Performance teams are expected to be at an intermediate level and exhibit performance skills beyond learning the routine, such as: energy, enthusiasm, and confidence. Becoming a team performer will require time and dedication to learning the choreography and performing at multiple events within the Twin Cities as well as one out of town (i.e. Chicago). Wear comfortable clothes you can easily maneuver along with dance specific shoes or heels.

PRACTICE SCHEDULE:
Team practices will be on Thursdays at 7:30pm starting October 9th at Duende Dance Studio. Practices will consist of 1 ½ hour long sessions. The season will go from October thru January, with performances in February and possibly March.

COSTS: $10 Audition fee
Monthly dues: $95. Payment is due on the first Thursday of every month. (Venmo or Credit Card please)

Costume fee: Between $100-$150
