This practical and engaging Performance Management Training is designed for managers looking to improve engagement and motivation in their teams. • Understand the importance of questioning and listening skills when being a manager.
• State the four-stage process of an effective performance appraisal in order to engage and develop team members.
• Appreciate the structure for running regular 1:2:1 reviews to build stronger relationships and increase trust with team members.
• Apply coaching models to progress team members in order to improve performance and productivity.
