?Westley Park Equestrian, Bury St Edmunds After the success of the previous ‘Confidence Camp’ camp, Mia and I have teamed up again to bring you ‘Performance Camp’ on the 28th - 29th September‼️
Sample Itinerary?️ (exact timings etc will be confirmed)
? Day 1 Saturday 28th September -
- Breakfast and Welcome! ☕️
- Whole group Goal Setting session
- Ridden session with Ros (technical jump exercises or flatwork)
Lunch?
- Ridden session with Mia (course jumping or poles course)
- Workshop/fun quiz
- BBQ dinner, drinking fun then sleep like the dead! (Lots of room for lorries/trailers overnight. No hook ups, but there’s an on-site loo and kitchen and plenty of charging for phones etc!)??
? Day 2 Sunday 29th September -
- Breakfast (hair of the dog if needed!)
- Whole group unmounted session (details TBC)
- Coursework for jumpers
- Distances walk/discussion for poleworkers
Lunch?
- Ridden session with Mia (warm up)
- Ridden session with Ros (course jumping or a course of poles)
- Team debrief and prizes!! ?
- Go home - happy and tired and confident from the ground up! ⬆️??
