Performance breathwork, workout, and ice baths

Join us for some breathing protocols, calm your nervous system, start to build up your co2 tolerance, sweat and ice bath to finish
Tania is an Oxygen Advantage Breathwork instructor, XPT Breath Coach and Qualified PT who will take you through various breath training protocols to learn better breathing techniques and how to change the way you breath long term to improve health, calm your nervous system, improve the efficiency of your respiratory system by stretching your lungs and building up your CO2 Tolerance.
These protocols are also great for those that want to better stay calm under pressure/stress situations - its awesome for surfing and freediving as we will do a little breathhold training to challenge you a little before we move into a workout that will start to keep you mindful of your breathing whilst moving. These exercises increase efficiency of your breathing to help you workout for longer before you fatigue.
We will then finish by downregulating your nervous system with some breathing to finish and get you prepared for some ice baths.
This is going to be a fun morning where you will be pushed a little further than you thought you were able to - utilising the breath as a guage of your aerobic capacity and helping you understand how you can improve your respiratory health which has a huge impact on other aspects of your overall health and fitness.
