Performance: Saturday July 10th, 5-7 PM @ the Guilford Green.
RAIN DATE: Sunday July 11th, 5-7PM @ Guilford Green
For obvious reasons, things will be a bit different this summer, for everyone's safety:
1. Rehearsals will be held outdoors in the parking lot near the west entrance of the school. In the event of rain, rehearsal will be cancelled, and we will do the performance with one less rehearsal.
2. We will space musicians out 6x6 ft. Be prepared for us to take up a lot of space!
3. In the event of rain on the concert night, the concert will be postponed until the following evening. In the event that it rains both evenings, there will be no performance. (due to the fact that we do not have an alternate indoor venue).
4. When seated and playing, masks WILL NOT be required, but I am happy to provide performance masks (a.k.a. paper masks with a slit cut into them) for anyone that would like one.
5. Masks WILL be required while setting up, milling around on break, and cleaning up at the end of rehearsal--regardless of vaccination status.
