Have you ever made fresh pasta? Most people think that it is a difficult process involving expensive equipment but that couldn't be further from the truth. You can make your own Fettuccini with 4 basic ingredients, a rolling pin and a pizza cutter, or fresh ravioli using a round cookie cutter.
The possibilities are endless and we guarantee that once you try your own fresh pasta, you won't want the dry, store bought noodles that we are all so used to.
In just a few short hours we will assemble an Italian feast fit for a king.
Our menu will include:
Cheese & Portabella Mushroom Ravioli with Butter Herb Sauce
Papardelle Bolognese
Mediterranean Layered Salad
Sticky Toffee Pudding
Our expert instructor will guide you through the proper use and care of your knifes as well as the preparation, cooking and presentation of these delicious meals.
Each class is 2-3 hours in length during which we will teach you new techniques and methods to get more flavor from the foods that you cook every day.
Learn knife skills, how to caramelize the natural sugars of your ingredients and present your creations in new and exciting ways that are sure to impress even the most finicky family and friends.
Our doors will open 30 minutes prior to class, allowing you time to be social, unwind and enjoy any beer or wine that you wish to bring, as well as a selection of hors d oeuvres and freshly filtered Water.
