What to Expect
The class will focus on the art of crafting fresh pasta and making delicious, hand-made pasta. Our journey begins with a brief ingredient introduction, followed by hands-on dough work, where you’ll discover the secrets of crafting pasta entirely from scratch while sipping prosecco. We'll provide everything you need, including aprons. Then, we'll gather at the chef's table to sample our creations along with two wine pairings chosen especially for the occasion!
