Introducing DJ Candor, a Detroit based community builder and dancer turned DJ blending hard house, techno, and trance to create dance floor euphoria. Candor’s mission is simple yet profound: to create spaces that live up to the many definitions of Candor.
With pulsating rhythms and euphoric melodies that transcend sound, he invites his audience on a journey of self-discovery and communal celebration, where inhibitions fade and connection thrives. His signature style of fast paced trance and techno create a kinetic, connected, free, dance floor where people discover new sounds, feelings, friends, and more…
Originally from San Diego and currently residing in Detroit, Justeus is excited to be back in Cleveland for PERF. Blurring the lines between house and techno, yet always north of 130BPM, @_justeus will keep you locked in and always strives to bring tracks that you haven’t heard before. Expect to hear a range of tracks from UKG, breaks, and Detroit techno, and don’t forget to hold onto your drinks.”
Black Pepper is a House and World DJ that brings sounds, energies and cultures from as many parts of the globe as possible. Into every set,a curated sense of era and existence are combined to ignite the dancefloor in any scenario. Born in Cleveland,Ohio, his first introduction to the electric sounds of dance music were from the soundtracks of various movies as young as 16. Recognizing that these songs or orchestrated sound effects added to the moods and memories of the movies, I dove deeper into the connection between sounds and scenes. Listening to certain OSTs from Titan AE, The Fifth Element, or Find songs sampled in hip hop, these explorations took him to places I couldn't fathom.I definitely had the aux at parties introducing friends to new sounds and regions while getting the party live.
