Step into the rich harmonies of Georgia, where three interwoven voices create music that is earthy, powerful, and deeply moving. Perebi, Georgian for 'Colours', is a new, mixed-voice choir in Oxford, open to singers of all genders and experience levels who want to explore this ancient and joyful tradition.
We meet on Tuesdays, 7pm–9pm in Headington, Oxford (full address provided on sign-up).
First term: 14th October – 16th December
10 sessions, ending with a members-only supra — a traditional Georgian feast — to celebrate the season.

FAQs
Do I need to read music?
No, we learn by ear, and resources are provided for home practice.
I’ve never sung before — can I join?
If you can match pitch and keep a steady rhythm, you’re welcome. Georgian music can be challenging, but also freeing and hugely rewarding.
Can I try before committing?
Yes! If you've never tried Georgian singing, and you want to see if Perebi feels right for you, email Holly to come to a session for free, before joining for the term. After that we ask for a termly commitment to the choir to help us plan ahead and cover costs.
Be part of Perebi’s very first season. Add your voice to a new choir that celebrates connection, tradition, and the joy of singing together.
