The PAS Percussion Ensemble Competition and Festival will feature performances by Oregon and Washington High School percussion ensembles. Guest Clinicians Garrett Arney (University of Kansas) and Dr. Terry Longshore (Southern Oregon University) will clinic each performing ensemble, and present clinics on percussion techniques and styles for all students in attendance.
