This a fun class focused on teaching you two techniques with the MELT soft ball. The MELT Mini-hand treatment addresses hydration of fascia from the hands to the neck/shoulders, alleviating all sorts of hand/arm/neck related issues. Great for musicians, rock climbers, those who work at computers all day, gamers, knitters, and those with arm related pain issues.

The Facelift treatment uses the MELT soft ball to hydrate the fascia of the neck, head, and face, relieving tension and stiffness while boosting the glow of your skin. We will walk you through how to do the treatments, what not to do, and how to build a simple practice at home.
