All are welcome to join in this free uplifting community event! We gather at Tower Park in Peoria Heights IL.Whatever spirit you bring is what it becomes!
Drumming has been proven to decrease stress, lower blood pressure and even boost the immune system!
Bring a drum, dancing scarves, some extra cash for food trucks, art, vendors, balloon twisting, face painting, henna art tattoos, and don't forget a chair! Some extra instruments are available so give it a try!
Flow Art to accompany drum circle and music 6pm-9pm! ?✨
Schedule for flow/fire circle:
6-7pm flow practice/gathering teaching kids
7pm-8pm fire circle (or shorter if not enough participants) I’ll cover gas
8pm-9pm LED flow (bring your own LED flow props)
Hopefully the weather cooperates although so far looking good other than windy. Feel free to invite any and all flow artists! I reserve the right to cancel if conditions become unsafe for fire circle. Light it up! ?
