Today, Amy is a writer, speaker, and wellness educator. As a Certified Personal Medicine Coach, speaker, and facilitator, she combines lived experience with practical, evidence-informed wellness education. She is the author of "Unsilenced, Everyday Resilience, and Bipolar Disorder: My Biggest Competitor" and the "Champions of Resilience" series. Her latest book is called "Driving My Way Through Grief: Essays on Loss, Life, and the Miles Between." Amy has a podcast called Beyond the Arc.
