Peoples Emergency Briefing - Walthamstow
About this Event
This summer was not a blip
We can no longer scroll away or close the door on our new, hotter reality.
Our lives and our community are being affected, today and into the future.
However, there is much we can do, together.
The Peoples Emergency Briefing is a short, accessible and humanised summary of November 2025's National Emergency Briefing, which brought together leading experts to present the latest evidence on the climate and nature crisis to politicians and other influential people in Westminster.
Join Cooperation Town Big Penny (a food co-operative operating out of BPS) and The Hornbeam for a screening and discussion on Wednesday November 18th, from 6.45pm (film begins at 7.15) at The Big Penny Social in Walthamstow.
It is understandable to feel disempowered as an individual in the face of the multi-crisis. Our power is amplified when we work together. It's time to get informed, connected and activated.
