Who drives the big trucks you see around town? Who keeps our streets and neighborhoods running? And what exactly do all those people in uniforms do?
Kids can find out during People in Your Neighborhood Week, October 6–11 at SPARK!
Throughout the week, local professionals will visit SPARK to meet young visitors, talk about their jobs, and bring along some of the vehicles, equipment, and tools they use every day.
It’s a chance for kids to meet the people behind familiar community jobs, ask plenty of questions, explore up close, and discover all the different ways people work together to make Rochester a great place to live.
