Join the (CSLD), for our first Job Family Reunions at Johns Hopkins University!

Come explore your current job family — and discover others across the institution. Job families are professional communities that bring together staff doing similar work across the university, creating shared language, growth pathways, and opportunities for collaboration. We’re kicking things off this year with three featured job families:

• Administrative Services
• Human Resources
• Research

This professional development and networking experience is open to all university employees. Spend time connecting with colleagues across the three job families while hearing insights from professionals and leaders within each community.

Our goal is simple and intentional: create meaningful networking opportunities, spark new ideas, and support you as you grow in your career at JHU.

By the end of this event, you will be able to:

• Describe how job families influence your work, development, and career mobility.
• Build new connections with peers and leadership across the university.
