People Addressing and Understanding Suicide Experiences Community Circle

PAUSE (People Addressing and Understanding Suicide Experiences) Community Circles bring people together in a safe space who have lived suicide experiences (personal and/or professional) with suicide loss, suicidal intensity and/or attempts to give voice to our respective stories. We invite you to come to share and listen!

Please note that in order to protect participants' confidentiality we will not allow anyone to enter the Community Circle more than 10 minutes after it begins, as this is when Breakout Rooms start.

3. Listening Circle (75): Intro (5), Listening to each other (60), Wrap up (10)
4. Closing (15): Read out, Calming Time
