There is no doubt to be heard on the first EP by Pennypacker.
The rhythm section pounds away without losing its sense of swing, angular yet danceable.
The fuzz-laden guitar parts, and there are quite a few of them, nestle in your ear like earworms.
Straightforward, interspersed with melodies that linger and that you'll find yourself humming in unguarded moments.
The production and mix were handled by Studio Swamp's Damien Vanderhasselt, drummer for Millionaire, Arabnormal, and Glitterpaard, also known for his studio work with The Hickey Underworld, Sons, Mintzkov, etc.
