• Established in 2018, the Pennsylvania Latino Convention is the premier leadership and professional development conference/convention covering all aspects of Latino life, community, policy and agenda.

• The convention is the premier event to advance the status and agenda of the 1.1 million residents of Latino descent. The Latino community is the largest growing segment of the population, accounting for more than fifty percent of the state’s population growth in the last two decades.
• PALC is an official statewide Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration.
Among the topics for discussion at this year’s convention is voter suppression, poverty, access to care, housing security, workforce development, and pay equity. Additionally, the convention annually hosts multiple events in the convention hall, including Latino Health Summit, Latino Education Summit, Workforce Development Townhall, Latina Women Conference, Business and Entrepreneurship Forum, Young Professionals Leadership Development, DEI Institute, Expo, Hispanic College Fair, and the State’s Official Hispanic Heritage Month Gala.
• PALC is an opportunity to assemble the state’s movers & shakers, professionals, young professionals, leaders and emerging leaders, policy makers, advocates, entrepreneurs, artists, athletes, students, and community members to tackle issues impacting Latinos and all Pennsylvanians.
