Fort Collins Aikikai is thrilled to host Guru Daniel Prasetya for a one day Pencak Silat workshop. The workshop will focus on Silat for Aikido practitioners but is open to anyone with an interest in martial self defense.Schedule:
1st Session: 10AM - 12PM
Lunch: 12 - 1:30
2nd Session 1:30 - 3:30
There will be regular breaks and water and snacks will be provided.
