penyghent the smallest of the yorkshire 3 peaks but definitely not one to be taken lightly..
with steep ascent on the east side straight after what seems the world's largest 3 fields to get to it,it's a great starting point for getting some scrambling in and some hills into the legs..
You don't have to be super fit for this..if you can walk and aren't injured you will make it..once at the top you will have a fantastic walk back to base via a gentle 5 mile decent and you will be able to see whernside and Ingleborough in the distance..
this was my first proper hill and I completed it in 3hrs 30..which suprised me tbh but this and all our walks will be done with everyone's pace in mind..we are here to help everyone complete thes hikes and while some might find them easy, we are all well aware it could be the biggest challenge of someone's life..
we're here to help to achieve these goals..
grading is moderate/hard
