She currently holds the position of Senior Director of Sales for HarperCollins Christian Publishing and HarperCollins Focus, where she supervises a 15-member sales force. La-Tasha is responsible for overseeing the ABA Independent, Library, and Cultural Channels for the company.

La-Tasha is dedicated to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. She is responsible for managing the company's involvement in the Essence Festival of Culture and other cultural events. Additionally, she has been entrusted with the responsibility of building and enhancing the company's connections with HBCUs and the Divine Nine.
