Pen Names, the Exhibition

The Library’s current exhibition Pen Names which runs until 29th April 2023 looks at writers of literary works born or based in Britain who have chosen to publish under an alias.

Co-curators of the exhibition Kirsty McHugh and Ian Scott explain how the exhibition was planned and how they decided what to include. They will talk about researching pseudonymous writers in the collections and highlight some of their favourite items.
