About this Event
A Sacred Circle for Women
When was the last time you gave yourself permission to slow down, gather with other women, and honor your body as sacred?
Join me for a Ceremony—a nurturing space for deep renewal. In the company of a small women's circle, you'll experience the ancient practice of pelvic herbal steaming, a ritual carried through generations across cultures, connecting maidens, mothers, and grandmothers to the wisdom of their wombs and the strength of their sisterhood.

- Experience Sacred Steaming - Sink into a 10-minute guided herbal steam with meditation and sound therapy, allowing medicinal plants to nourish your pelvic center
- Honor Your Body - This practice supports regulating cycles, increasing fertility, easing menopause, dissolving cysts and fibroids, strengthening tissue, and more
- Connect & Reflect - Space for journaling, optional sharing, and song invites you to process and witness other women on their healing paths

Provided
- Custom-made Cedar Pine
- Herbal pelvic steam tea
- Blankets and bolsters
- Nourishing snack
What to Wear
- Full-length long, loose dress or skirt
- Socks or slippers
- Underpants optional (will need to be removed while steaming)
What to Bring
- Bath towel (for cushioning the sauna box lid)
- Journal + pen/pencil
- Hot pad (to protect the wood floor)
- Stainless steel 2-4 qt cooking pot with lid (no aluminum or non-stick coating; must fit inside 14x14 box)
Important Notes
- Contraindications: Pelvic steaming is not recommended during pregnancy or menstruation. You're still welcome to join in meditation and connection without steam
- Limited Space: Our circle is limited to 6-8 sisters, unless you have your own or are experienced with steaming in child's pose
