So, we’ve created exclusive small-group pelvic floor workshops to support YOU.

The workshops are a safe space led by two women’s health experts—Katy (Pelvic Floor Physio& therapeutic coach) and Gemma (Pelvic floor movement & Women’s Health Coach). Together, they blend movement, education, and deep support to help you regain confidence in your body.

🔸 A theme of the week to explore: from daily habits, water intake and v@ginal oestrogen
🔸 Breathwork & movement tailored to improve pelvic floor function.

📍 Location: Brentwood, Essex
📅 Frequency: Every Friday in September 2025
⏰Am & Pm sessions: 10-11:30am & 1-2:30pm
👩👩👧 Small group setting: Max 6 participants per circle
🐦💰 Early Bird Price: £150 for 4 sessions until the 31st July (instalment option available).
💷 £175 for 4 sessions from the 1st August (instalment option available).
