Join us for a special Pelvic Floor Workshop on Thursday June 20th at 1:30pm at Club Pilates North Andover. This in-person, 90 minute workshop will discuss all things pelvic floor health led by FIXXED pelvic floor L/PTA and E-RYT 200 Kris Minear. We'll cover the anatomy of the pelvic floor, prenatal and postpartum fitness considerations, and strategies to start taking better care of your pelvic floor today. Workshop will include a 15 minute pelvic floor focused yoga flow to introduce specific exercises, stretches and breathing techniques aimed at promoting optimal pelvic floor function, so bring a notebook and pen for notes, water, and wear clothes you can move and bend in!Whether you're currently experiencing pelvic floor symptoms, are pregnant or postpartum, or are looking to get back into movement safely, then this workshop is for you!
