Join sex therapist Dr. Kate Morrissey Stahl, pelvic floor therapist Dr. Nidhi Patel and Christy O'Reilly, The Hormone Midwife for a workshop focused on the pelvic floor, pleasure and sexual health in Perimenopause & Menopause. This discussion will include talking about bowel, bladder and sexual health through menopause. It will also include topics such as vaginal lubricants, moisturizers, and estrogen as well as hormonal and age related causes of low libido. We will have time to explore some pelvic floor exercises and a little movement, so please wear something you are comfortable moving in.
