Are you still whispering about your pelvic floor? Stop! The pelvic floor is the base of the core. It is a group of muscles at the bottom of the pelvis, like a hammock that supports internal organs and assists sexual function. These muscles are also responsible for transferring the load of the legs to the abdominals. If your workouts include high impact exercises like running and jumping, you need to be intentional about deep core work to function optimally. If you have had abdominal or reproductive surgeries a common type of pelvic floor dysfunction is urinary incontinence and is more prevalent in women who do high-impact sports over their lifetime.
Join us for this specialized group class on the deep core muscles of the pelvis—the pelvic floor.
You must register before June 16th. 760.789.3500
