Dr. Amanda with Streamline Physical Therapy will be at Basecamp to talk all things Pelvic Floor. We will talk about what pelvic floor physical therapy is and common issues surrounding the pelvic floor including pelvic pain, urinary frequency and leaking. Main focus throughout the workshop will be on connecting brain to pelvic floor to help with common issues like leaking with running, jumping or coughing, and figuring out what the heck is means to engage your CORE and how to do it properly with functional movements. Come ready to move and bring ALL your questions! Common is NOT normal, your symptoms can be resolved!
