We are so excited to have @balancedpelvichealthwellness & @thereddragonyoga return to Betties Pages for another really informative workshop! Please join us for an in depth, one hour discussion on Pelvic floor 101, and a 45 minute beginner friendly yoga flow centered around the pelvic floor. Followed by a 15 minute Reiki session!
