Join Habitat for Humanity Tampa Bay Gulfside, in partnership with the St.Petersburg Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and the James B. Sanderlin Family Center, to learn about Pelican Place, a new affordable townhome community coming to South St. Petersburg.
Pelican Place will offer income-restricted homeownership opportunities for qualifying individuals and families through Habitat's affordable homeownership program.
This event will be held at the James B. Sanderlin Family Center. Attendees will be able to view floor plans, renderings, and community information while learning more about the opportunity.
Parking is available on-site.
During the event, you can:
• View floor plans and community renderings.
• Learn about Habitat's homeownership program and eligibility requirements.
• Speak with Habitat team members and ask questions.
• Start and submit your application on-site.
