About this Event

The PELE 10th Anniversary Learning Festival marks a decade of advancing multilingual talent at UNSW—and sets the direction for what’s next. Over the past ten years, the Personalised English Language Enhancement (PELE) program has empowered more than 3,000 students and academics from over 100 countries to build communication confidence, global intelligibility, and leadership confidence. The Festival celebrates that impact while advancing a clear proposition: that PELE’s proven model can strengthen multilingual talent development not only within universities, but across industry and community contexts. Through an impact showcase, alumni voices, and cross-sector dialogue, the event convenes leaders to forge practical partnerships and drive a broader shift in how multilingual talent can be unlocked and strengthened to drive impact in a globally connected world.
