Come ready to immerse yourself in this blissful practice and leave feeling refreshed and renewed.
After class, you are welcome to stay for a cup of herbal tea.
What is Yoga Nidra?
Like Yoga itself, Yoga Nidra is both a process and a state. You can be in the “state
of Yoga Nidra” which is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping.
