Would you like to learn how to play the kazoo and have fun performing songs with fellow kazoo enthusiasts? We meet at the Lefurgey Cultural Centre in Summerside (205 Prince Street)! *Meeting at MacNaught History Centre at 75 Spring Street for the Dec. 11th meeting.
No experience necessary! You'll receive a kazoo, learn how to play it, and practice a few songs with fellow kazoo enthusiasts.
Each night will consist of jamming on the kazoo and learning new songs. Occasionally there will be a musical guest to provide us with some tips and tricks. For those interested, there may be opportunities for public performances outside of the Wednesday night meet-ups (although not required).
Our founding members will be there for encouragement and guidance in a friendly and fun atmosphere.
Cost to join is $5 (and provides you with a kazoo), and $2 after that for every class you attend. This covers photocopying expenses and other incidentals. If cost is a barrier, just let us know - you will not be turned away.
