Rose Thorn Garden is bringing the Peggy Martin Takeover to the heart of New Orleans for a full day packed with education, entertainment, plants, prizes, and plenty of Southern flavor.

Meet the legendary Ms. Peggy Martin herself and hear the story behind the rose that became a symbol of resilience. Enjoy special presentations, propagation demonstrations, plant giveaways, exotic house plants, raffles, and one of the biggest plant bingo games on the Gulf Coast — featuring exciting prizes and cash!

The fun continues with our Mardi Gras-themed Sip & Plant Swap, where plant lovers can mix, mingle, swap plants, and enjoy the New Orleans atmosphere.

You’ll also have opportunities to learn, ask questions, connect with fellow gardeners, and discover beautiful roses and plants you can take home.
