WHAT TO EXPECT!
- A come-and-go event, with no formal presentation, instead lots of food, drink, and dancing!
- Time to hang out with Harry Hunsacker and Nigel Grouse (Scott Nixon and Ben Bryant in full costumes and makeup) plus many familiar faces from the Pegasus stage and beyond! (We looked at every single date in October and couldn’t find a way to include Chad Cline/Lt Foster and Leslie Patrick/Bubbles Foster. More on that later in this email!)
- Time to hang out with the man who started it all, Kurt Kleinmann, and his wife, Barbara Weinberger, who got there as soon as she could!
- Three hours of swing dancing, starting with instruction from a professional swing dancer on the basic moves!
- An on-line and in-person art auction, organized as a silent auction, including a piece commissioned by board member Jay Nield plus 17 Funko Pop art pieces (see sample photo) bequeathed to Kurt and Barb by their beloved friend and Pegasus Theatre Managing Director, John Harvey. (If you know anyone under 40 or anyone is just a bit eccentric, they can explain Funko Pops to you!)
