Peer Networking event and essentials to produce an audience development plan
About this Event

This event is open to all VCSE leaders in Kent and Medway looking to grow and develop their organisation. In this event you will learn what is needed to produce an audience development plan which can accompany your marketing strategy. SEK Social Enterprise Advisor Philippa Wall will provide the essentials for putting together an audience development plan followed by a Q+A session.

As part of this event, you will have the opportunity to connect with other VCSE leaders in Kent and Medway and gain further peer support.

This event is part of the Social Enterprise Kent 2023 Peer Networks Programme, proudly funded by The Connect Fund. SEK are inviting leaders of Social Enterprise’s and VCSE’s across Kent and Medway to take part in this funded development opportunity. Inviting leaders who are particularly interested in growing and developing their organisation, trading, and social investment. Through facilitated online interactive action learning, participants will discuss the challenges local VCSE’s face and explore practical solutions together.
