Where: Children’s Health Dallas -- Specialty Center Independence Hall (2350 N. Stemmons Fwy. Dallas, Texas 75207)

Time: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day

Continuing Education Hours:

• 40 Continuing Education hours will be provided upon successful completion of the course
• Participants must attend all five days to receive credit for the course
• No partial credit will be awarded
