Pediatric Readiness Workshop

Join us for CATRAC’s in-person Pediatric Readiness Workshop on April 22, 2025, at Dell Children’s Medical Center. This full-day event is designed to help healthcare facilities meet the pediatric readiness standards as outlined by the latest Trauma regulations. The workshop will provide comprehensive training for both Nurse and Physician PECCs (Pediatric Emergency Care Coordinators), focusing on essential topics such as:

• Pediatric simulations and best practices
• Quality improvement (QI) strategies
• Roles and responsibilities of PECCs
• Leadership and project management skills

This workshop is a vital opportunity for PECCs to enhance their skills and knowledge, while also networking with peers across the region. Participation is limited to two attendees per facility: one Nurse PECC and one Physician PECC.
