Join us for a pediatric hearing loss seminar, "What to do when hearing aids are not enough for a child."
Join the cochlear implant team, including surgeons and audiologists with Prisma Health Ear, Nose and Throat, on Monday, Sept. 23, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., for a free in-person seminar to learn more about pediatric hearing loss and cochlear implants.
This exclusive in-person event will explore the potential that cochlear implants hold for transforming the life of a child. Hosted in collaboration with Advanced Bionics, a cochlear implant company, this session brings together cochlear implant candidates, Advanced Bionics (AB) cochlear implant recipients, AB staff and the Prisma Health cochlear implant team for open dialogue and genuine connections.
At this event participants will have the chance to:
• Engage directly with families of children who have personally
benefitted from cochlear implants.
• Learn about the cochlear implant process.
• Ask questions in a supportive, understanding environment.
• Enjoy a light dinner.
