Join us for the kickoff of our Pedal of Wisdom Series, where Beth McBride will share her awesome journey to becoming a gravel racer, the challenges she’s overcome, and how her love of the sport is inspiring others today. We'll also be serving up some light refreshments and snacks to enjoy during the event.

Meet our speaker Beth McBride

Beth's journey into cycling began with road rides that felt more like a chore than a passion, which was a far cry from her background in competitive powerlifting and strongman competitions. That all changed when she took on the 77-mile Privateer course at Gravel Worlds, sparking her love for gravel riding. Since then, she has raced in events across the country and achieved some incredible gravel feats.

Beth’s story has resonated far beyond the racecourse. She’s inspired others as a podcast guest, mentored the All Bodies on Bikes Mid South Team, and more. At home in Lake Mills, Beth enjoys spending time with her six-year-old daughter and helping her discover the joy of two-wheeled fun, proving that cycling is about so much more than crossing the finish line.
