1. Each person should only reserve ONE(1) slot. Each time slot will have 1 hour ( 45 minutes to enjoy, 15 minutes for crew members to clean up for the next slot )
2. One Ticket = One Slot, NO extra freebies will be provided if you have registered MORE THAN ONE TICKET. Each accounts should register INDIVIDUALLY.
3. Please be punctual. Late comers WILL NOT received any freebies. Your freebies will be open claim to other participants.

1. Once you have ordered , please take your order receipt and find our crew members to redeem your freebies. Treat everyone with a good manner and DO NOT cut the line while queuing.
2. Please lower down your volume to prevent any disturbances to other customers.
3. As the number of COVID-19 cases is still rapidly increasing, we highy recommend you to wear your mask before entering the event to ensure your health conditions.
4. Strictly NO Selling (WTS) in the cafe
5. Do NOT Litter. Bring along your food packaging or throw into the trash can before you leave.
6. You are NOT allowed to bring any food/ beverages to the decorations area. Any damages / lost items, you will have to pay TRIPLE AMMOUNT.
7. Stealing is NOT ALLOWED
8. Resellng ticket is strictly prohibited.
