About this Event

Join Pedal Greenwich on Saturday, Sept. 25, 2021, for a morning of free fun and activities in Old Greenwich aimed at bringing together everyone who supports a connected, friendlier community. The event will take place in the parking area of Living Hope Community Church at 38 West End Avenue.

We will be serving light food and refreshments, and we encourage you to ride your bike to the festival if you wish. But this is not a bike ride, so feel free to come by car or other means if that’s more convenient.

Greenwich Hospital’s Community Health Experts are holding a free bike safety clinic with free, hourly raffles and essential safety gear.

Town bike safety teams will demonstrate their gear. GPD will attend with their new e-bike unit. Officers will be available to answer questions about bicycling laws, routes and safety. GEMS paramedics will show the advanced life-saving gear they pack on their bike patrols around Tod's Point.

Also in attendance, the Greenwich Environmental Advocacy Group, which will discuss their work to reduce our environmental impact in our community and beyond.

And browse a showcase of bikes, e-bikes and biking equipment from Greenwich’s bicycle shops. You can test ride them too.

The Bike Fest will take place from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Rain date is October 9. For more info, go to pedalgreenwich.org.
