Pearls of Light Guided Meditation & Tibetan Sound Bath

Join Jennifer Vause and Stephen Earnhart on a journey to connect with the divine Pearls of Light within you. This experiential evening includes breath work, guided imagery and light movement, followed by a deeply nurturing sound bath.

You will relax and rejuvenate, receiving the healing harmonies of a symphony of Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, gongs, hand pan, and other instruments.

Please bring anything you may need to be comfortable lying down (yoga mat, pillow, cozy clothes, etc.) The studio has an ample supply of bolsters and blankets but a limited number of yoga mats.

Jennifer Vause is a Sound Healer, Reiki Master/Teacher and Yoga Instructor. She has been playing both Tibetan and crystal singing bowls for more than 20 years. Her teaching style is gentle, therapeutic and calming, with an emphasis on cultivating spaciousness throughout the body and mind. She has found that as we learn to create space in our breath, our bodies and our minds...we experience what it feels like to live with a sense of ease.

Stephen Earnhart is a KRI-certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, Yoga Nidra instructor, sound healer and teacher trainer, breath work practitioner, Y12SR (Yoga of 12-Step Recovery) facilitator, and sobriety coach. He believes in sharing these powerful tools to release stored tension originating from negative thought patterns, trauma and stress and to help invite more joy, creativity, and self-nurturing into our lives.
