In this workshop, students will learn different techniques of the ancient practice of pearl knotting. This course will cover floating pearl knotting and double pearl stringing techniques, proper finishing methods, and cleaning, storing, and preserving pearl jewelry. Students will choose from a wide range of freshwater pearls, silk thread, and sterling silver hardware to make and take a precious pearl bracelet and necklace . Add on optional drop earrings at class.
