Do the dance of your dreams at the Pearl Dive Valentine’s Ball, NYC’s fun and frisky 3rd Saturday Fusion dance social!
The dance style encourages people from diverse movement traditions to come together in the spirit of open-minded shared expression. Grounded in social dance partnering, its techniques enable you to express yourself playfully and create moving mosaics of human connection.
We invite everyone to wear something black or pink, and to bring along some tasty treats to share. Our ballroom at 412 8th Ave is just below 31st St on the 4th floor. Come early for a free half-hour warmup and lesson at 8:30pm. DJ Fausto, DJ GiaSoul and DJ Lustre will be delving deep into sultry, spicy and soulful tunes for your dancing pleasure, so let’s get up, get funky and let loose!
$25-$35 sliding scale at door. $20 for anyone paying before Thursday or arriving before 9:30pm. $15 for students, returning dancers who bring a full-price first-time attendee, and those arriving after 11:30pm.
