About this Event
This workshop takes the latest strength and conditioning research and shows you how to apply it in your practice. Participants will learn how to assess strength and power qualities, acceleration and maximal velocity, and gain hands-on experience developing periodised strength and conditioning programs for both individual and team sport athletes. The workshop is presented in a small group setting, combining both theoretical and practical activities. Ample time will be provided for Q&A and interaction among participants. Whether you are an experienced or novice practitioner, this workshop will help you to build stronger, faster and more resilient athletes!

Day 1

Target Audience
This workshop is relevant to physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, and physical therapy students, chiropractors, strength and conditioning coaches and athletic trainers.
Methods of Learning
This workshop uses a combination of lectures, focus groups, roundtable discussion, practical sessions, formal and informal question and answer sessions to enhance learning.
