Join us for an exciting two-day workshop featuring special coach PeaceWar, hosted by Rage City Roller Derby! This unique training experience is designed for adults and a single session for juniors.COACH BIO
With a passion for skating that ignited at the age of two, Peacewar has been deeply involved in roller derby since 2009. She has had the honor of being named MVP at the 2016 WFTDA Montreal Playoffs and represented Team Mexico at the 2018 Roller Derby World Cup. Peacewar's coaching philosophy centers on perseverance and hard work, inspired by icons like Michael Jordan and Arnold Schwarzenegger. She believe in the power of teamwork and continuous learning, and is dedicated to empowering skaters to achieve their goals. Outside of skating, she enjoy dancing, hiking, and exploring new cultures, always bringing that adventurous spirit into my coaching approach. Let's elevate the game together!
PeaceWar, a standout skater for the Texecutioners, HellMarys, Team TX, Team Mexico, Fuego Latino, and Midway Magic, brings a wealth of experience as a TXJRD Coach and JRDA Team USA Assistant Coach. Participants will benefit from her expertise in roller derby techniques, teamwork, and strategy.

SCHEDULE
Nov 9 | 10am-11:30am (Juniors)
Nov 9 | 11:30am-1pm, 2am-5pm (Adult Day 1)
Nov 10 | 1pm-4pm (Adult Day 2)
Nov 10 | 7:15pm-9pm (Adult Scrimmage)
PARTICIPATION ELIGIBILITY
This workshop is for any and all skaters that have passed their assessments. If you are unsure if this is you, feel free to reach out! The scrimmage will be for those scrimmage ready.
