Are you taking a GLP-1 medication or thinking about starting one? We can help with lifestyle skills to maximize weight loss and prioritize nutrition.PeaceHealth’s Weight Loss for Life team at our Diabetes, Endocrine and Weight Management Clinic is offering a new support workshop to help with:
Total Nutrition: Get the nutrients you need to protect lean muscle and feel good.
Lasting Change: Learn the skills and develop the mindset to keep the weight off.
Real Support: The help you want, led by Registered Dietitian Mary Heid, MS, RDN.
The workshop is $150 and includes four in-person classes starting in mid-January:
- Tuesday, Jan. 13 from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
- Tuesday, Jan. 20 from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
- Tuesday, Jan. 27 from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
- Tuesday, Feb. 3 from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
